About the role

Join our dynamic finance team as an Account Manager at SWHEELS AUTO PTE. LTD., located in the North Region. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and contributing to the overall financial strategy of the business. What you'll be doing

  1. Responsible for full set of accounting and finance related responsibilities
  2. Overseeing the daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense management
  3. Preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
  4. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  6. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
  7. Providing financial guidance and support to other departments as needed
  8. Participating in special projects and initiatives as required

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar account management or financial reporting role, preferably within the automotive industry
  3. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting
  4. Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate financial information for non-financial stakeholders
  6. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
  7. Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
