Our client is seeking an Assistant Corporate Sales Manager to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Develop sales strategies: Assist in planning and executing corporate sales strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
  • Exceed targets: Consistently strive to surpass assigned sales targets, demonstrating your drive for success.
  • Generate new leads: Identify, prospect, and develop new leads within targeted sectors, growing our client's market presence.
  • Nurture client relationships: Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with inter-departmental stakeholders to align sales efforts with brand strategy and market trends.
  • Market intelligence: Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity, providing valuable insights and recommending tactical adjustments.
  • Data-driven reporting: Analyze sales metrics and prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Business Commercial Manager.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Diploma or Degree in a related field, showcasing your commitment to professional development.
  • Sales experience: 2-3 years of B2B or corporate sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food, or related industries.
  • Communication skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation: A goal-oriented individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Account management: Experience in account management, corporate sales pitching, and presentation to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Customer-focused: Willingness to be hands-on in handling all customer account management matters and serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with Singapore's food industry landscape and regulatory requirements is a plus, but not essential.
  • Technical proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel to support your daily tasks.
