About the role

HyggeSparkle Pte Ltd. is seeking a talented Sales Assistant (admin) to join our team in the Woodlands East North Region. This is a full-time position that will play a key administrative and support role within our dynamic client-facing sales department.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing client presentation materials, and managing correspondence
  2. Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional client service to build strong relationships
  3. Assisting with the preparation of sales reports, data entry, and other administrative tasks
  4. Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and campaigns
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations

What we're looking for

  1. Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  3. Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  4. Experience in a sales or client-facing administrative role, preferably in the Client & Sales Administration industry
  5. A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
  6. Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
