Candidates with relevant experience could be considered for an Executive or Senior Executive role in the St. Andrew's Community Hospital (SACH) Corporate Communications Department.

Job Description

I. Corporate Communications

  • Development and production of corporate collaterals (newsletters, annual report, brochures, posters, corporate information materials, corporate video, corporate signage and notice etc. ) through coordination and collation of content with the other service centres.

  • E-communications (website and social media content development and management).

  • Branding, and corporate image development, implementation and management.

  • Event management including community, corporate and fundraising events, for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Media relations, media engagement management and media publicity.

  • Others:

  • Corporate visits coordination

  • Volunteers management
  • Fundraising, donations and donor management

II. Digital Engagement, Marketing & Content Creation

  • To develop a digital marketing and content strategies with detailed communication plans to effectively promote the organization through various digital platforms. These would include OWNED digital media platforms and any other relevant digital channels.

  • To leverage on the organization's existing content as well as develop new content/ narratives to raise awareness about the organization including but not withstanding services/programmes and advocate for our service users.

  • To harness and be equipped with digital or integrated communications-marketing principles and strategies.

  • To harness the attributes of digital platforms to also effectively grow the organization's reach and engagement for a cross segment of audiences particularly digital natives and technology savvy audiences including but not limited to younger audience visi-a-vis data analytics, search engine optimization, digital content strategies and marketing among others.

  • To maintain a current, up-to-date and/or active organization's website and social media platforms that appeal across audience segments particularly younger audiences.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Polytechnic diploma or university degree, preferably with 2 or more years of relevant work experiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, preferably bilingual (English and a second language) (in order to handle queries, concerns and request from English and other different languages speaking patients/clients/visitors.)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, design software, content management systems, social media platforms
  • Self-starter and strong team player
  • Outgoing and warm personality, ability to constructively interact and collaborate with people of all levels
  • Highly motivated, Independent and resourceful
  • Adept at project management, photo imaging software and video editing for social media.
