Roles & Responsibilities

As an Associate Executive of the Corporate Communications department, you will perform administrative and organisational roles to support the hospital’s brand positioning, events, media and staff communications. You will also seek out opportunities to improve the quality of tasks performed while keeping a focus on productivity.

**Responsibilities**:
Duties include but are not limited to the following
- Perform a wide variety of office support assignments such as maintaining file registry and operating office equipment, arranging meetings, including scheduling of interviews and appointments, minute-taking, tracking of attendances, and other miscellaneous job-related duties
- Perform secretarial duties when required
- Manage inventory of corporate gifts
- Manage internal communications platforms including uploading of content to Intranet and the DMCS (Digital Screens) system
- Maintain corporate and departmental databases such as photo library, media database, and policies and procedures
- Serve as liaison with other departments on administrative, publicity, IT, HR matters as well as to support the needs of the Corporate Communications department
- Provide logístical support for events and activities
- Facilitate the granting of rights to staff for internal communication platforms
- Process invoices, perform basic cash receipt activities and purchase of items through e-procurement
- Develop simple creative content and PowerPoint presentations

**Requirements**:

- Diploma Holder with at least 2 years of working experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as Adobe Photoshop
- Meticulous, with a sharp eye for details. Experience in project management and procurement is a bonus
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
