Responsibilities
  • Manage daily running of frontline services at counter and call centre as well as manning of institutional e-mails. Some of the duties include staffing and resource planning, daily briefing, monitoring and improving service performance, handling of complaints and escalation; liaising with other departments and organisations; managing service staff capability and coaching.
  • Formulate, improve, and spearhead service-related policies, initiatives and processes.
  • Analyse and report service-related statistics and report to management.
  • Handle and manage ad-hoc projects and assignments such as corporate support services, procurement and contract management.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Working experience in counter service and/or call centre environment in the public sector is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
  • Pleasant and cheerful personality with customer service oriented mind-set.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, with strong planning and organizing skills.
  • Meticulous, comfortable with numbers and attention to details.
  • Hands-on approach and having a macro sight of the business.
  • IT-savvy and proficient in MS Office applications.
