Job Scope:
- Provide sales and administrative support to the offices in Korea and Singapore.
- Prepare client quotations, process purchase orders, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Handle and respond promptly to customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments, offices, and external parties to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in resolving customer issues related to orders and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support business growth.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks and assignments as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification or higher in any discipline.
- Proficiency in both English and Korean (spoken and written) is required, as the role involves frequent communication and correspondence with Korean-speaking customers and vendors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
