Job Scope:

  • Provide sales and administrative support to the offices in Korea and Singapore.
  • Prepare client quotations, process purchase orders, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Handle and respond promptly to customer enquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, offices, and external parties to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues related to orders and service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support business growth.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks and assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification or higher in any discipline.
  • Proficiency in both English and Korean (spoken and written) is required, as the role involves frequent communication and correspondence with Korean-speaking customers and vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
