Job Responsibilities

  • Provide professional product advice and deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with product selection, ensuring an enjoyable and engaging shopping experience.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise displays, and stock organization.
  • Support daily store operations including cashiering, replenishment, and inventory checks.
  • Participate in product training and promotional activities to achieve individual and store sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail, beauty, fashion, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn through training.
