Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized beauty advice
  • Demonstrate products and recommend solutions to meet customer needs
  • Achieve individual sales targets and support team performance
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-up and clienteling
  • Ensure counters are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year of retail/beauty experience preferred (cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, or related fields)
  • Passionate about beauty trends, products, and customer service
  • Confident, well-groomed, and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven and motivated to meet/exceed targets
