Adecco is working with a omnichannel beauty and fragrance company that specializes in brand management, retail operations, and customer service.

Joinus as a Beauty/ Fragrance Advisor, where you will represent some of the world's most prestigious fragrance, skincare, and cosmetics brands. As a key brand ambassador, you will provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and create a luxury shopping experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Greet and assist customers with personalized beauty consultations.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fragrance, skincare, and cosmetics products.
  • Drive sales by demonstrating product benefits and application techniques.

Brand Representation

  • Uphold luxury brand image with professional grooming and service.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and promotions.

Store Operations

  • Ensure stock levels are maintained and displays are visually appealing.
  • Assist in inventory management and adhere to airport retail guidelines.

Job Requirements:

Passionate about beauty, skincare, and fragrance

Strong customer service and sales skills

Team player with a positive attitude

Able to work rotating shifts between 9am to 10pm

Prior retail or beauty experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

Basic Salary: $2,500 - $2,800 per month + Attractive commissions

Work Location: Islandwide outlets
