Beauty Advisor-No Experience neededWe're looking for a Beauty Advisor who's passionate about all things beauty — from skincare to makeup magic If you love helping customers find their perfect products, creating confident smiles, and keeping up with the latest beauty trends, this role is made for you.Job Responsibilities:Assisting customers with product testingPerforming beauty services/advices for all brand categoriesEstablishing strong relationship with customers by providing good customer services and recommendationsMeeting sales target by recommendating customers in all beauty categories products such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and hair careOperating the POS (Cashier) systemMaking sure the beauty products are well stocked and presentable on the shelvesOther ad hoc dutiesJob Requirements:Strong communication skills, ability to multitaskAble to work shifts as per shopping mall operating hoursPassionate and willing to help out customersAble to stand for long hours during workWorking Hours & Misc:Any 5 Days of the Week (Including Weekends & PH)Up to 44 Hours a WeekBasic Salary + Commission + Allowance (Up to > $3000/Month)Staff DiscountsAnnual Leaves / Medical LeavesTarget Bonus Every YearIslandwide HiringUniform and Training ProvidedIf you believe you fit the requirements for the role, please submit your application below or drop us an email directly quoting the job title.Due to an anticipated high volume of applicants, we regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
