Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve personal and store sales targets through effective clienteling and relationship-building techniques.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, tailoring your approach to individual customer needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and competitors' offerings.
  • Maintain high store presentation standards, including product replenishment.
  • Assist with stock management, processing sales transactions, and other operational tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of retail experience, ideally within a luxury environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment with flexibility for weekends and holidays.
