Salaried Wealth Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Salaried Wealth Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about financial planning, enjoy building long-term client relationships, and value the stability of a fixed salary with additional performance-based rewards.
As a Wealth Advisor, you will provide holistic financial advisory services in areas such as wealth accumulation, protection, retirement planning, and legacy planning, while ensuring compliance with MAS and firm standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional financial advice across insurance, investments, retirement, and estate planning.
- Conduct client fact-finding, risk profiling, and financial needs analysis.
- Design and present tailored financial solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with regular reviews and service touchpoints.
- Achieve assigned sales and advisory targets (e.g., APE, revenue, client acquisition).
- Participate in firm-led lead generation initiatives, seminars, and client engagement events.
- Ensure strict adherence to MAS regulations, FAA requirements, and internal compliance policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues, product specialists, and business development managers to deliver client solutions.
Requirements
- Diploma holders
- CMFAS certifications (M5, M9, M9A, HI, M8/M8A) required or to be completed within the onboarding period.
- Prior experience in financial advisory, private banking, or insurance sales preferred (fresh graduates with strong interest in financial services will also be considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Results-oriented, self-driven, and committed to delivering high standards of client service.
