This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about artisanal craftsmanship, fine leather, ready-to-wear, and a refined client experience.

Adecco is partnering with renowned luxury fashion maisons to hire experienced and polished Client Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences with strong product knowledge and selling rituals
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive engagement and cross-selling
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with effective clienteling and CRM follow-ups
  • Support after-sales service and provide feedback on collections and client preference.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of luxury retail experience (menswear, leather goods, footwear, or RTW preferred)
  • Strong passion for craftsmanship and customer service with strong communication skills
  • Sales-driven, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Able to commit to retail hours including weekends, closing shifts, and peak seasons
