Location: Orchard/MBS/Changi Aiport

Salary: Basic from $2,500/month + Commission

Commitment: Full-time, Retail hours including weekends and public holidays

Availability: Immediate

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join as Sales Associates. You will play a key role in delivering a world-class luxury shopping experience, achieving sales goals, and representing the Tom Ford brand with professionalism and passion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling advice to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and clienteling activities.
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Uphold brand image and service standards in line with Tom Ford's luxury positioning.
  • Support boutique operations, including cashiering, stock management, and visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and successful boutique events.

Requirements

  • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in luxury or premium fashion retail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Passionate about fashion, styling, and luxury retail.
  • Results-driven, well-groomed, and professional in demeanor.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
