  • Primary Objective: Provide Wealth Management solutions to Personal Banking Clients through the Sales of Bancassurance products and Investment Funds (Mutual Funds, Index Funds, Unit Trusts)

  • Client Engagement: Engage Branch Walk-in clients through face-to-face (F2F) consultations, or arrange F2F/virtual meetings via Tele-prospecting using the bank's client database

  • Remuneration & Benefits (Uncapped Earning Potential)

  • First-Year Income: $80,000-$100,000++ (Fixed + Commissions)

  • Fixed Component:

    • No Experience: $3,600-$3,800 Basic + $300 Monthly Allowance
    • Experienced Bankers or Financial Sales Professionals: Up to $5,000 Basic + $300 Monthly Allowance + Sign-On Bonus
    • UNCAPPED Commissions: Unlock $3,000++ in monthly Commissions by hitting your sales target and watch your earnings soar with unlimited potential when you exceed it
    • Working Hours: 5.25 days

  • Mon-Fri: 8:30AM-4:30PM or 10AM-5:30PM

  • Alternate Sat: Half-day (until 1-2PM day off-in-lieu provided
  • Working Location: Assigned to a nearest available Bank Branch (island wide)

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residents (PRs) ONLY

  • Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree, of any discipline (as per MAS requirements)

    In general, part-time Private Diplomas (e.g. Kaplan, MDIS, PSB Academy, etc.) do not meet MAS requirements. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like to verify your specific qualification.

  • If shortlisted, attain relevant CMFAS certifications (guidance provided)
