Job Scope Overview
· Perform general administrative duties
· Data entry, filing, scanning
· Prepare claims, payment and expenses
· Assist in preparing invoices and updating into the computer system
· Coordinate deliveries and documents needed
· Assist in other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when assigned
Qualifications
· Minimum O-Level or equivalent qualification.
· At least 1-2 years of work experience
· Proficient in MS Office
· Able to work independently
· Able to perform multi-task
· Responsible and detailed in the execution of work duties
