Hotel Royal Queens, located in the heart of Singapore's arts and cultural district, invites dynamic professionals to join our team as Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager.

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual who will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strong client relationships, and maximising revenue opportunities for the hotel. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping our sales strategy and expanding our corporate and group business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets, with a focus on corporate room sales and revenue
  • Prospect, identify and secure new corporate, group, and leisure accounts through sales call, networking and referrals.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate clients and travel managers.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and property site inspections.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns and packages.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare timely sales reports.
  • (For Sales Manager) Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver collective success.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality management or a related field.
  • Proven hotel sales experience: minimum 3–5 years for Sales Manager, 5–7 years for Senior Sales Manager.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality sales, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to exceed targets.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • For Senior Sales Manager: Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
