Executive (Fundraising & Partnerships)

Novena, Singapore Ren Ci Hospital Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Fundraising & Partnerships (F&P), your job scope will include but not limited to the following:

  • Plan, execute, and support fundraising initiatives and events, contributing to the development and implementation of effective fundraising strategies.

  • Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with donors and partners to strengthen engagement and support for the hospital.

  • Prepare proposals and presentation materials to support fundraising efforts, stakeholder engagement and management.

  • Review and update Fundraising Policies & Procedures and Work Instructions.

  • Promote awareness of organisation's causes and execute community engagement strategies.

  • Oversee the management, operations and administrative tasks of donation boxes.

  • Support the smooth functioning of daily operations through a range of administrative duties and office management.

  • Events and projects may be conducted at after-office hours, weekends and Public Holidays.

  • Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by Senior Manager, F&P.

Requirements

  • Recognised diploma/degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.

  • Practical Knowledge of hospital operations and experience in event management.

  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish good working rapport with people from all levels.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, preferably with ability to read/speak Mandarin and dialects.

  • Positive attitude with good problem-solving abilities.

  • Organised, meticulous, resourceful and proactive.

  • Able to work well under pressure, independently and in a team.

  • Highly competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio & Outlook.

  • Class 3 licence.
