Description
- Lead and direct the organisation's financial resources to safeguard both short‑term and long‑term financial health.
- Oversee corporate finance functions and ensure compliance with regulations, accounting standards, and governance requirements.
- Drive financial planning and risk management while shaping the organisation's capital structure to support growth.
- Evaluate major business activities including acquisitions, investments, capital expenditure, and divestitures to ensure financial viability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, analysts, and financial institutions.
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and regulatory filings.
- Supervise and develop finance teams while enhancing systems and processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Profile
- Chartered Accountant with a strong academic background. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, and a master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of finance leadership experience in multinational environments, managing cross-border teams ideally in a project-based industry
- Well-rounded expertise in treasury, tax, risk management, internal controls, and commercial or M&A activities.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills combined with excellent communication abilities.
- A leader who can think strategically while remaining hands‑on in execution.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of building trusted relationships across diverse teams.
