Key Responsibilities:

  1. Regional Financial Controlling & Accounting

  2. Lead all APAC financial accounting, consolidation, closing, and reporting activities

  3. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  4. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to CTI HQ accounting policies
  5. Oversee regional statutory reporting, audits, tax filings, and ensure full compliance with local regulations

  6. Drive consistency, standardization, and automation of finance processes across all APAC countries

  7. Regional Finance Performance Management

  8. Review and challenge country budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans

  9. Lead the regional P&L, cash flow, and working capital management
  10. Conduct financial variance analysis and performance reviews with BU or entity leaders

  11. Optimize cost structures and drive profitability across different BU/Product lines

  12. M&A Support & Post Deal Integration

  13. Lead post-deal finance integration, including alignment of financial controls, accounting structures, and reporting frameworks in APAC region

  14. Establish integration timelines, governance mechanisms, and synergy tracking for acquired APAC entities

  15. Ensure newly acquired companies comply with CTI policies and financial systems

  16. Regional Finance Operations & Governance

  17. Build and maintain strong financial governance across APAC

  18. Strengthen regional internal control frameworks and conduct periodic control reviews
  19. Ensure compliance with group financial policies, tax regulations, and risk management standards

  20. Lead financial evaluation and approval processes for major projects, capex, and new investments

  21. Leadership & Team Development

  22. Lead, mentor, and upskill regional finance teams; build strong succession pipelines

  23. Drive cross-country collaboration and build a high-performing finance community across APAC
  24. Facilitate training on finance policies, compliance, and internal controls
  25. Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Requirements

1.     Education & Experience

  • Bachelor & above degree in Finance & Accounting with CPA/ACCA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role
  • Strong background in controlling, accounting, financial governance, audit & tax
  • Hands-on experience in MNCs or regional Asia-Pacific organizations
  • Experience in multi-entity and cross-border finance operations
  • Exposure to M&A integration and cross-country financial consolidation
