Job Purpose

This leadership role is responsible for driving corporate finance activities across multiple business segments, including debt sourcing, financial and tax structuring, capital markets transactions, M&A, financial strategy, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders to achieve financial excellence and support business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support corporate growth and optimize capital structure.
  • Lead debt sourcing and capital raising initiatives (bilateral/syndicated loans, debt capital markets, equity fundraising).
  • Collaborate on financial and tax structuring for investment deals, including due diligence and documentation.
  • Implement funding and hedging strategies to manage financial risks.
  • Engage with investors, analysts, banks, and rating agencies on financial strategy and performance.
  • Lead complex negotiations with financial institutions, investors, and counterparties.
  • Communicate the company's financial narrative to external stakeholders.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing team.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience in large-scale financial transactions.
  • Experience in infrastructure and real estate financing is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead complex negotiations and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong marketing skills in presenting financial strategy to external stakeholders.
