Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Regional Finance Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements for subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local statutory regulations.
  • Collaborate on liquidity management and centralize cash positions to improve capital efficiency.
  • Manage intercompany funding activities and ensure adherence to tax and transfer pricing guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including the relevant Companies Act and tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits, implementing recommendations effectively.
  • Establish and reinforce internal control processes to mitigate financial and operational risks.
  • Spearhead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the region.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support management's decision-making.
  • Monitor financial performance metrics and address key issues promptly.
  • Identify gaps in operations and implement improvements to finance and treasury processes.
  • Promote best practices and ensure high standards of accuracy and compliance within the Finance Team.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the Finance Team, fostering a high-performance culture.

REQUIREMENTS

  • CPA qualification is essential, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong expertise in multi-entity regional or group financial reporting.
  • Experience liaising with international banks and utilizing treasury platforms.
  • Proven leadership abilities to manage finance operations independently.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with keen attention to detail and project management capabilities.
  • Experience in a listed company environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing monthly consolidated financial statements is required.
  • Familiarity with systems such as SAP, SAC, or comparable ERP platforms is advantageous.
