  • Developing and implementing the sales strategy for the Business Unit by understanding the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable commercial/sales opportunities to grow market share.
  • Responsible for exploring new opportunities, whilst ensuring that regular reviews are carried out with existing customers, to ensure that their needs are being met.
  • Accurately forecast and develop business plans that build account revenue.
  • Accurately forecast stock requirements whilst ensuring target levels are maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers.
  • Managing the sales team to ensure that customer requirements are fully communicated, sales targets are set and managed in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining an awareness of external factors (including competitors and industry developments in relation to commercial activities) which impact the business.
  • Collating and analyzing business data pertaining to all commercial activities and presenting on a monthly basis.
  • Sales Duties - Responsible for at least one of our top 5 accounts.
