Job Responsibilities:
- Support the safety planning, monitoring and engagement of children and young persons known to CPS for concerns over their safety and well-being.
- Plan and manage out-of-home placement for children and young persons and provide onsite support for admission into and discharge from interim and long term placements.
- Provide administrative support to ops team.
- Work closely with partners in monitoring and enhancing any system to better manage these functions.
- Work closely with the public and people sectors to provide services for children who are in need of statutory guidance or care and protection because of abuse, neglect and abandonment.
