Salary: $2800 Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm Location: Caldecott Contract Period: 1 year

Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Senior Manager in:

- Preparing annual budget estimates and expenditure for the division;
- Coordinating financial returns and assessing reports for accuracy and completeness;
- Processing invoices and raising collection forms;
- Maintaining proper and up-to-date records of fixed assets;
- Management of inventories
- Digitalisation of files and knowledge management

Performing any other administrative tasks or roles you may be assigned

Job Requirements:
Functional/Technical Competencies
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, accountancy or business related field Good written and presentation skills

Generic Competencies
- Able to work independently
- Meticulous and experienced in handling data and administrative duties
- Strong planning and execution skills
- Enjoy teamwork
