  • Analyze clients' financial exposures, including interest rate and foreign exchange risks, using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Advise clients on risk management strategies through clear verbal and written communication of complex financial concepts.
  • Review and negotiate legal documentation and manage transaction execution, including bilateral negotiations and competitive auctions.
  • Manage client relationships and deliver advisory services with professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and knowledge sharing.
  • Travel occasionally within Asia for client meetings and professional development.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in interest rate markets, such as capital markets, derivatives desks, or corporate treasury/finance teams.
  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze large datasets; experience in statistical analysis and financial modeling is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex information effectively across various formats.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and align resources to meet deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Time management proficiency and a client-focused approach to building trusted relationships.
