About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic team at Promiseland Financial Services. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in our new business development efforts, connecting with potential clients and generating high-quality leads. This part-time position offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work from our office located in the Central Region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively make outbound calls or cold emails to generate new business opportunities
  2. Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and pain points
  3. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our financial advisory services
  4. Schedule appointments and follow up with interested leads
  5. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Preferably experience in a telemarketing or sales-focused role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  3. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively
  4. Familiarity with Google and Microsoft suite of products
  5. A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
