About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, articulate, and goal-oriented individual to join a leading Financial Advisory firm located in the heart of Singapore.

As a back-end Telemarketer / appointment settler, you will engage with prospects to introduce our latest promotion and schedule appointment for advisors. You will also support customer service operations, ensuring every interaction reflects warmth, professionalism, and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects, database contacts, and members to promote services and schedule appointments.
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service over the phone and in person when needed.
  • Confirm appointments, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records of calls and conversion results.
  • Collaborate closely with the advisors to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A-Level / Diploma minimum

  • Clear, friendly, and engaging communication skills, especially on the phone.

  • Target-driven, motivated by results and rewards.
  • Organised, reliable, and professional.
  • Experience in financial industry , sale, telemarketing, call centre is an advantage but not required.
  • Singaporean / Permanent resident only
