**Responsibilities**:

- Advising on the cyber security incident response process, creating and delivering table-top exercise, incident response plans and playbooks
- Review information systems security controls against possible threats on information systems and work with stakeholders on how vulnerabilities can be remediated
- Evaluate and analyze threat, vulnerability, impact and risk to security issues discovered from security assessments
- Perform regular information system security risk metrics reporting and monitor key risk indicators.
- Provide advisory support on the development of appropriate cyber security initiatives
- Provide information system security risk advisory, including recommendation of risk mitigation options, on information security risks associated with new healthcare initiatives
- Assist with technical implementation across various domains, including security incident management, vulnerability management, risk management, security standards and frameworks
- Manage information system security incidents
- Support the team towards constant innovation of cybersecurity approach and go-to-market strategy
- Drive the Group-wide information security risk awareness and training program
- Understand different domains within cybersecurity space, stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the business

Requirements / Qualifications

Experience required:

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
- At least 5 years of experience in information/cybersecurity and risk management
- Experience and understanding in information systems vulnerability assessment and validation
- Experience in security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications and network protocols
- Strong knowledge and experience with regulatory requirements pertaining to information security and information systems risk management
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and experience
- Good written and communication skills with ability to interact and engage with stakeholders and all levels of management
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in the prioritization of competing work assignments, escalation of issues and the formulation of solutions
- Ability to understand strategic objectives and vision, and work towards those goals
- Dedicated and self-driven desire to research current information security landscape.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certified/qualified or ability to actively work towards obtaining certification
