Our client is looking for a Senior Account Manager to assist the Strategy Director in managing retailand communication projects, build the prospection plan and tools. The successful candidate must be anapproachable team player and be open -minded, interested in the design world.He/she will work along with big retailers/FMCG/Health and F&B brands on creative and innovative solutions in the store environment. Candidates should be able to efficiently and creatively contribute to an ambitious growth agenda. Responsibilities:Manage one key client account and oversee the execution of all related projectsMentor junior Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure consistencyReview and ensure the quality of all project deliverablesCreate and maintain detailed project schedules to proactively identify risks and track milestonesParticipate in the design thinking approach and in the creation of inspirational design presentation to translate our workOwn and manage the client briefing process to ensure clarity and alignmentPropose trend analyses, conduct market research, and benchmark competitor activityManage the development, negotiation, evaluation, and recommendation of creative proposalsFoster strong internal and external working relationships to drive collaboration RequirementsFluency in English is required​An ability to speak French would be a plus as a lot of our clients are French, based in FranceAt least 6 years of professional experience in an agency or consultancy environment​
