Customer Service/ Operation Admin Backend Support

Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Support the preparation of shipping, import/export, and invoicing documents.
- Track shipments and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Support daily warehouse coordination and ensure workplace cleanliness.
- Learn and follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in logistics/business administration
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
- Willing to learn and develop skills in customer service and logistics.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
