About the Role:

Join a leading healthcare institution and play a key administrative role supporting clinical programmes in Dementia, Geriatrics, and Mental Health. This is a fully administrative position—no patient-facing duties.

Job Scope:

  • Coordinate and support clinical programmes: development, contracts, budgeting, reporting.
  • Organise and track training sessions for clinical staff.
  • Extract, clean, and analyze programme data; ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Review clinical policies and documents for compliance.
  • Provide secretariat support for departmental and senior management meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior clinicians and stakeholders on workflows, teaching, and evaluations.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical services or programme management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to multi-task.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (PivotTables); experience with BI tools is a plus.
