Full-Time Clinic Assistant

We are immediately seeking a dedicated and reliable Full-Time Clinic Assistant to join our team. We operate 5.5 days a week, and this role is perfect for a hardworking individual with a positive attitude.

As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our clinic. Your duties will include:

Job Responsibilities

  • Front Desk & Patient Services:

  • Greeting patients and managing patient registration and check-in.

  • Scheduling appointments and handling phone calls and inquiries.
  • Collecting payments and processing financial transactions.

  • Clinical Support:

  • Preparing and tidying up consultation rooms.

  • Maintaining clinic cleanliness and sterilizing equipment.

  • Administrative Tasks:

  • Managing and updating patient medical records.

  • Handling administrative duties such as filing, and maintaining inventory of medical supplies.
Requirements

  • Experience:

  • No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided.

  • Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is a definite advantage.
