Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items according to café standards.
  • Provide warm and professional customer service to ensure an excellent guest experience.
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS system confidently and safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and the café environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking, and daily opening/closing procedures.
  • Stay updated on café promotions and menu offerings to engage customers effectively.

Requirements
  • Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable customer experiences.
  • At least 1 year of barista experience in a café or F&B environment.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and café operations is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
