Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve quality coffee, beverages, and light food items according to café standards.
  • Provide warm, professional customer service to ensure an excellent guest experience.
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS system confidently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and café environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking, and daily opening/closing procedures.
  • Stay updated on promotions and menu offerings to engage customers effectively.

Requirements:

  • Passion for coffee, food, and creating positive customer experiences.
  • At least 1 year of barista experience (senior role requires 2–3 years).
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and café operations preferred.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

What We Offer:

  • Salary up to $2,700 gross, plus annual performance bonus.
  • 6 off-days per month (weekday rest days).
  • 9 hours per day, excluding meal breaks, based on monthly roster.
