Head Barista

• Set and maintain high standards for drink quality and consistency.
• Create and test seasonal drink specials and signature beverages.
• Guide and mentor the barista team in both technical skills and service excellence.
• Ensure coffee equipment is cleaned and calibrated regularly.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote new drink launches and customer favourites.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a barista leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks and brewing techniques.
• Passion for innovating with flavours, textures, and presentations.
• Effective team leadership.
