Salary: $3160/Month (Fixed basic)
Duration: 1 year contract
Location: Central region
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support training operations for internal staff and external partners.
- Manage training logistics, including participant liaison, scheduling, venues, materials, and refreshments.
- Track participation, handle queries, and gather feedback to assess training effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal and external trainers, ensuring they are well-briefed and equipped.
- Support content development with subject-matter experts, keeping training materials updated and relevant.
- Assist with budget resourcing and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
- Undertake other duties as assigned to support training and operations.
Requirements:
- Degree holders
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
- Project management or training management experience is an advantage.
