Location: West, Jurong East | Salary: Up to $2,800/month | Duration: 6 months (extension possible)
Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30am–6:00pm, Fri 8:30am–5:30pm
Job Summary
Support the HR team in medical HR operations and talent acquisition, ensuring smooth processes and effective coordination across recruitment and staff administration.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations: Process monthly payments, claims, and one-time transactions; manage clinician postings, staff pass and name tag preparation; coordinate e-Appraisal and regulatory supervisory assignments; assist with billing and privileging exercises for specialists.
- Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment processes including interview scheduling, document collection, salary proposal drafting, and offer management; liaise with candidates on work pass and professional registration; track recruitment cases; manage observer onboarding processes.
- Collaboration & Administration: Work closely with departments and HR partners to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely completion of HR tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year of HR operations or administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive with strong team spirit.
