Talent Acquisition Consultant

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment for clients. You will partner with hiring managers, source high-quality candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both clients and jobseekers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people engagement, consultative work, and a fast-paced team environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across assigned industries
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advisory
Candidate Sourcing & Placement
- Drive the full 360 recruitment process—from sourcing to placement
- Screen, interview, and assess candidate suitability
- Manage interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Build a strong talent pipeline using job portals, referrals, and networking
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities
- Present recruitment solutions and negotiate terms
- Maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business
Operational Excellence
- Ensure timely updates on recruitment trackers and CRM systems
- Deliver high service standards and meet placement KPIs
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field with 1–3 years of agency or in-house recruitment experience preferred
- Possessing CEI license would be an advantage.
