About the role

ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd is seeking a enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. Based in our Toa Payoh office in the Central Region, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and generating sales leads for our real estate services. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in sales and make a real impact within a dynamic and growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively contacting potential customers via telephone to introduce our real estate services
  2. Qualifying leads and arranging follow-up appointments with our property consultants
  3. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
  4. Identifying new sales opportunities and contributing to the overall sales strategy
  5. Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in a sales or customer-facing role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a high volume of leads

Weekdays: 6.30pm-9.30pm
