Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Food & Beverage team as a F&B Revenue and Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible to help formulate strategies and identify opportunities to maximise revenue through data-driven insights and continuous performance monitoring. You will work closely with corporate F&B leadership, Revenue Management, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and hotel General Managers to develop and execute pricing strategies and long-term revenue plans. Your expertise will ensure profitability, operational efficiency, and alignment with business goals.

The Role

Revenue Optimisation & Strategy

  • Analyse performance data across all F&B channels (restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, events).
  • Develop and support pricing strategies for new and existing outlets.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to shape annual and long-term F&B plans and forecasts.
  • Ensure revenue strategies are grounded in commercial insight and data analysis.
  • Implement dynamic pricing, segmentation, and other revenue management techniques.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to uncover trends and insights.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports on KPIs, sales, profitability, and promotional performance.
  • Use tools like Excel, Power BI, SevenRooms, Perfect Check, and WiseFins for data analysis and visualisation.

Forecasting & Market Insights

  • Build accurate weekly, monthly, and annual demand forecasts.
  • Track market trends and customer behaviour to anticipate demand shifts.
  • Analyse historical data and promotion effectiveness to inform future strategies.

Collaboration & Best Practices

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to develop promotional and pricing strategies.
  • Share tools, insights, and profit-generating ideas across properties to drive consistency and innovation.

Competitive & Operational Analysis

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform pricing and customer engagement.
  • Support outlet teams in improving metrics like Average Check, Spend per Cover, COGS, and labour efficiency.
  • Monitor F&B KPIs and recommend operational improvements to enhance margins.

Technology & Tools

  • Leverage advanced analytics platforms for data manipulation and visualisation.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in F&B revenue and data analytics

Talent Profile

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue management, data analysis, or a related role in the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Experience with revenue optimization tools and/or pricing management platforms.
    Knowledge of F&B operations, including pricing, menu design, and supply chain management.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Skilled in interpreting complex data and identifying actionable insights
    Familiar with F&B systems (POS, TMS, booking engines)
