We are looking for dynamic persons to join the team as **F&B Manager **and contribute to our service offering.
**Role**
To plan, direct, control, co-ordinate and manage in **all Food & Beverage and Banquet activities **of the department and revenue management for the café operations. Develop the team by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for yearly department budget.
- To plan and formulate sales strategies for the F&B department.
- To promote and securing F&B sales for the Café Lodge.
- To oversee the service operations for Café Lodge and Banquet.
- To review and work with Kitchen on the items and prices of ala carte, set, promotional menus for the Café Lodge.
- To ensure the purchase of highest quality food supplies at competitive cost.
- To ensure the proper authorization of purchase requisitions, over time and work orders.
- To work closely with other departments and within F&B department.
- To be ensure prompt payment by all F&B customers.
- To promote and maintain good public relations with all customers.
- To ensure that all safety, health, security & control policy, procedure and government legislation are strictly adhered to.
- To appraise performance of all F&B staff for improvement and growth.
- To provide on-the-job training for all F&B staff in accordance to standard operating procedures and service standard.
To prepare the F&B monthly report; detailing and explaining sales revenue to the Management.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Food & Beverage Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of F&B management experience including 8 years in the team lead position.
- Strong communications and written skills.
- Proven track record of great leadership.
- A team player and able to work well in a collaborative environment.
- Guest-oriented and service-minded.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking, resourceful, decision-making skills and creative problem-solving skills.
