You will be reporting directly to the Head of Retail Operations.
Working Days: Mon - Sun (5-Days Work Week)
Working Hours: 10.50AM - 9.30PM
Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping Compliance Audits – Conduct regular reviews of store housekeeping standards using the approved Housekeeping Checklist. Ensure all checklist items are fully adhered to. On-the-job training (OJT) will be provided to familiarise with each requirement in detail.
- Rectifying Non-Compliance – Identify and address any deviations from housekeeping standards. Provide guidance, coaching, and hands-on assistance to store teams to correct bad practices and maintain compliance.
- Store Visit Scheduling & Monitoring – Plan and conduct in-person store inspections at least once per month per outlet, performing thorough checks of all areas. Coordinate with Store Managers to submit weekly photographs of key areas requiring ongoing monitoring.
- Housekeeping Inventory Management – Oversee inventory and supply levels for housekeeping items (e.g., stain remover, vacuum, glass tape). Evaluate and recommend improved housekeeping tools, products, and solutions for greater efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; relevant retail or operations experience is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and address compliance gaps.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coaching and collaboration with store teams.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel across multiple store locations.
