Responsibilities:

  • Develop leasing strategies to achieve the desired tenant and trade mix.
  • Manage all leasing activities, including enquiries, site viewings, lease negotiations, renewals, and related administrative matters.
  • Stay informed on current retail market trends and developments.
  • Prepare annual budgets, financial statements, and monthly performance reports while monitoring results against targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support marketing events and enhance tenant relationships.
  • Earn incentives for successful direct leasing deals.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Creative, resourceful, and equipped with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of meeting tight deadlines and adept at resolving issues efficiently and systematically.
  • Able to handle challenges and perform well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage.
