Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers.
  • Conduct consultative sales engagements, including solution presentations, product demos, and value proposition discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor outsourcing solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and manage contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of BPO service offerings (e.g., customer service, technical support, back-office operations).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
