Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE O-Level / Diploma or equivalent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with a positive attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, chat tools)
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage

Working Hours:

  • Morning Shift: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Evening Shift: 4:00pm – 11:00pm
  • 1-hour meal/rest break
  • Overtime pay provided
  • Staff will be assigned to either morning or evening shift on a rotational basis
