- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
- Minimum GCE O-Level / Diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, chat tools)
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage
Working Hours:
- Morning Shift: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Evening Shift: 4:00pm – 11:00pm
- 1-hour meal/rest break
- Overtime pay provided
- Staff will be assigned to either morning or evening shift on a rotational basis
- Hybrid work arrangement (option to work from home)
