Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Retail Sales Manager who will be responsible for sales and center performance. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a strong background in high-end retail, a passion for music, and the ability to inspire a team to achieve ambitious sales targets. This role is focused on driving sales growth, overseeing daily store operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that reflects the prestige of our brand and the artistry of the instruments we sell.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Store Execution & Brand Experience:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail space, ensuring a clean, upscale, and inviting showroom environment.

Manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure accurate tracking of all sales and stock.

Execute visual merchandising efforts to create appealing displays that highlight our products effectively.

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Foster a high-performance culture among sales associates, ensuring a deep knowledge of our product line and a collective focus on team goals.

Provide expert product demonstrations, which may include playing the piano to showcase its unique features and tonal qualities (basic training to be provided).

Customer Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, including musicians, educators, and new buyers.

Effectively manage customer leads and relationships to ensure follow-up and long-term client loyalty.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and post-sale service coordination (e.g., tuning and delivery) with professionalism and care.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in similar experience preferred, preferably in the luxury brand or high-value musical instrument market.

· A strong passion for and knowledge of musical instruments, with the ability to play the piano being a significant advantage.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and propose strategic improvements.

· Commercially astute and highly profit focused.

· An energetic, dynamic, and charismatic personality.

· An agile multi-tasker with a proven ability to prioritize workloads effectively.

· A strong passion for and knowledge of musical instruments, with the ability to play the piano being a significant advantage.

· A goal-oriented mindset and a track record of motivating teams to meet and exceed targets.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and strong working relationships with staff and management.

· Strong business acumen, including the ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.

· Proven operational knowledge with a focus on people development.

· Fearless in embracing change and new strategies.

· Experience working in events and roadshows is a plus.

· Must be able to work on selected public holidays and weekends.
