Responsibilities

  • Staff the concierge desk in the building lobby, maintaining a polished and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Professionally greet and assist all visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Issue and control visitor badges in line with security protocols.
  • Offer directions, address general inquiries, and facilitate building access procedures for visitors.
  • Attend to tenant feedback and complaints, accurately documenting and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean and professional concierge/reception area.
  • Collaborate with building management and security teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide daily updates or incident reports to the Operations team as required.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks related to the management of additional properties as needed.

Requirements

  • Possess Diploma in any field
  • With relevant experience of at least a year
  • Warm, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Attentive to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
