Job Description:
- Managed end-to-end recruitment processes, including fresh graduate hiring and internship programs.
- Enhanced recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Assisted in designing and implementing employee training and development programs.
- Implemented, managed, and optimized the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provided administrative and operational support for HR projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR operations and recruitment experience, with familiarity in ATS/HR systems; experience leading PDPA compliance activities is an advantage.
